2020 was a tough year. One positive has been the Real Estate Market. Some points of interest include the following:

1. The typical rental and buying season down the Jersey Shore came later in 2020. More people working from home lead to a more active summer and fall season.

2. More people are leaving the city, moving to less densely populated locations. The Jersey Shore has benefited from this.

3. Home has become even more important, as people are working on their homes, adding office space, and more living area.

4. Real estate investment is a hedge against inflation, and more predictable then the stock market. With interest rates near historic lows, now is a great time to buy to invest.
